Automated Crop Imaging Carriage Design

Tasked with designing and fabricating a carriage to accommodate imaging of both runner peanuts and blueberries. The carriage was assigned form factor requirements of fitting through a standard double wide door frame. Conceptualized and completed first iteration of the design by week 2 of the assignment and proceeded to begin simulations to ensure Max Von misses stress were not surpassed for the material decided as well as attaining a acceptable deflection. The first two images depict the new design that can accommodate multiple crop sizes while the 3rd and 4th images depict the current modular design we are seeking to improve.
